I have a recipe that was in one of the newer BYO magazines part of the Welsh Beers segment. I was wondering if it would be any good because I'm looking for a nice big beer to brew and age. The recipe is:

13lbs 2-row
7lbs Amber
2.5 oz Nugget (90mins)
1.6 Fuggles (1min)
OG: 1.097 FG: 1.019 ABV: 10.2%
IBUs: 73
SRM:22
Mash at 150 for 90min
Yeast: Nottingham.
So does this recipe look like a good big beer to brew to age well? Any critiquing and help would be appreciated.

Make shure you have a good yeast pitch.Im shure its proably good since it was in Byo. I like nugget, fuggles im not familiar with too much.I would brew it.I probably would still throw in more hops or not. I would be happy to hit those targets brewing this.
