Definitely enough hops IMO. With OG of 1.067 and 57 IBU, that's a BU:GU ratio of about 0.85. I wouldn't personally push it higher.

For beers like this I like to compare the percentage of roasted malts to crystal, and in this case, you have 10.3% roast and 6.9% crystal. I like it. It will be bold enough, and with 120L dark crystal in there, the sweetness will be blunted somewhat anyway.

You don't have to change anything; if it were me, I'd add something for creaminess such as flaked oats or torrified wheat - replace 5-8% of the base malt with that. Mash at 152-154 and let 'er rip.
