Actual OG was 1.065
after 8 days last gravity reading is 1.010.
Fermented at 64*
Tastes a little fruity not bad would be refreshing on a hot day.....

Amazing yeast.

By my calculations, considering the ~14% steeped carapils and crystal-10 (note - steeped means there was zero diastatic power available, so that 14% of the grain bill was essentially dextrins) I'd have expected an FG closer to 1.017.

As for the hop bill, I'd have dry hopped with a couple of ounces - likely Cascade as there seems to be a theme going on
