Ok guys, be gentle. This is my first creation, im going to try late addition DME. Critiques welcome. This is simply a brainstorm.

Mash: 1/2lb honey malt grains
1lb golden promise

Boil schedule: 1oz liberty hops 60min
1oz rose hips 30min
2oz ground ginger 30min
Irish moss 30min
1lb honey 20min
Palisade hops 2min
1/2oz sarsaparilla 2min
Zest from 1 lemon 2min
6lb DME at flameout. Cover for 15min. Then chill wort.

Yeast: white labs saison II wl566 2 vials with starter.

I don't know how to use the fancy software you guys always have, nor do I know the standard recepie format. Opinions?

I don't know about the rose hips and sasparilla and stuff, but for your grains you want to mash them together for 60 minutes. I'd cut the honey malt in half, unless you really want a super sweet honey flavor in the finished beer.

Mmm that sounds good. So just invert them. 1lb golden promise, 1/2lb honey malt.

This will be my first mash btw, if this goes down.
