I called the cops (state police here) and was blown off by the sgt. Had DNA of this guy having his and everything. Could not press charges against this predator, since my 14 yo invited to my home. I did make him **** his pants, but I was charged with aggrevated assalt on my property in my rv in my own bed. The reason it happened was that the 14yo invited to my property. What is wrong with this?

I know in DE the age of consent is 16, but if they're both minor I don't know how that works out. If he's an adult then I don't see why you don't have a charge, whether she invited him or not it's still statutory. Perhaps a phone call to the AG's office if you're getting static from the PD.


** If you daughter really did invite him then I would definitely talk to her about what is and is not appropriate, and the risks involved. If you've had the talk before it didn't sink in, try another method.
