I know there has to be threads about this on here. I may have just not been using the correct terms to search. Anyways...

What all do I need to start all grain brewing...

Bayou Classic Burner
A converted keg with valve
Barley Crusher

What else do I need?

Lots of stuff. You need a mash tun, there's lots of info on how to build one out of a cooler. Maybe another smaller pot to heat sparge and strike water in. A mash paddle, a good thermometer.
