buy in order to use the blichman plate chiller i recently aquired? I have a 13 gallon aluminum pot or a 15.5 sankey keg. I have already cut the top off the keg but i enjoy the aluminum pot because i can do a full boil on the stove if i dont feel like going outside.
neither have any valves or any other hardware. which would be better to use as a boil kettle and what doi need to buy to switch from my ic to the plate chiller?
