Sweet and sour chicken wings for a work party. The recipe is a good start, but needs some tweaking. More sour, a little heat, maybe ginger.
Wow. My day just got worse. I don't have anything here for breakfast and I see these wings? FML.
I finally got to cook my turkey dinner yesterday. With Dad passing away on the 11/18, Thanksgiving did not happen here. So, I got me a 22 pound turkey and roasted that sucker to golden brown perfection, along with that we had homemade garlic mashed taters, gravy made with homecanned turkey stock, pearl onions in butter sauce, crispy-edged stuffing, and homemade sugarfree cranberry jalapeno sauce. Just me and KOTC. Needless to say, we'll be eating on the leftovers for a while - YUM!
Sorry, no pics, but I'm guessing you all pretty much know what a turkey dinner looks like!
