What cider to make for Christmas?

I'm thinking of brewing something to save for over the xmas period!

Any idea's on what I could make?

Winter spice cider, of course. Plenty of recipes here!
Toffee apple cider in my Sig is gorgeous too. Naturally you need to heat these up on the stove when serving for a real winter warmer
