I'm looking for a new recipe for my next batch and figured you guys could make some good suggestions. My last two batches turned out great, one was a mexican lager I found on the web and the other was a batch of Lake Walk Pale Ale which was my favorite pale ale to date and will overtake Ed Wort's pale ale recipe (made that probably 5-6 times).

I'm curious as to what everyones absolute top 1-2 recpies are. I'm thinking of brewing something this batch I ususally wouldn't make like a scottish, red or belgian.

I am drinking this now, and it is pretty damn amazing.

+1 on the Centennial Blonde, a dirt simple and delicious light summer brew. I've been brewing the heck out of this recipe to fill in my pipeline and I am so glad that I did.

I have enough Centennial to keep me happily pickled from now to early October, so my next brew might be a bigger beer suitable for late fall or winter. I'm looking hard at NCBeerNut's Deception Stout extract recipe as 1) looks really good 2) I can do it on my current rig 3) by the time I sober up in October this should be nicely aged and ready to go.
