HB pils. This one has some Liberty hops in it. There’s some more lemon than I would expect from German Hallertaller Mittelfrueh. Definitely not my best and I need to do another batch soon.
The big stout has made major progress this week, the rough edges are significantly rounded off and the fat, rich roasted and chocolatey stuff is coming front and center. This'll be my undoing. I seldom brew big and seldom brew stouts, it's like having ʻOumuamua in my fridge--except it gets you plastered if you examine it for too long. Good grief!
The NW-style IPA is starting to hiss. It was a nice keg and I'll miss it, but I'm looking forward to freeing up the keg for the Vienna in my lager fermenter.
Second batch of that Munich lager thing. I got lucky with my current sack of Barke, you just add water and good beer happens. I was lucky to cross ways with this sack, I'll miss it when it's gone. It really is special.
