Oh, please! You don't do anything simple.

It's important to me that you know that I mean that in a very complimentary fashion because when the robots take over I'm quite certain that they'll be taking orders from you.

You and me, we're good right?

Right?
"You and me, we're good right?"
This Pils is for you.:bigmug:

Send some of that stuff my way. It's been about 40 days since we've had a measurable drop of rain in DC and it's 84F in my place with the windows open.

I miss having Fall.
2 hours north of you and in the same boat, (must be a big boat) calling for rain tonight an hopefully into tomorrow. .. OT
This beer is OK, nothing special but I needed to crush something after work today before cleaning the gutters.

Small brewery in town celebrating 2nd anniversary. Sitting with the dogs

Gaslamp (Fruited Mixed-fermentation Dark Ale) 8.7% ABV

Named for the fantasy cousin to Steampunk, Gaslamp Fantasy blends Steampunk with magic, often mythical creatures, and also often darker settings.

Deep ebony color with aromas of dark fruits, sweet hay, balsamic vinegar, and farmhouse ale funk. Smooth dry body with balanced acidity. Flavors of stone fruits, blackberries, and pie crust are engulfed in mild Brettanomyces funk. This dark ale was aged in third use Bourbon oak barrels once aged blueberry mead from HoneyBound Meadery in Tyngsborough then Mothership Imperial stout. This recipe has been a winner of the South Shore Brew Club’s 2021 Brewoff and recent winner of the 2024 Crafties Championship.

If we ever decide to give out HBT awards, you've gotta be in the running for "Most Googled Brewer." As a very systematic, focused brewer, I'm so envious of your wild scope. Brilliant!
Thanks, BC! I'd imagine the takeaway from the difference in our brewing styles is that your beers are consistently reproducible, improving and good tasting! Mine...not always, but I have fun (most of the time).🍻🍻
