Next week is my first week without 20 or more hours of overtime since early august. My pipeline has been dry for quite awhile and I’m fairly certain I’ll get a brew day in next week. I think I remember how??
I’m drinking the crap out of my homegrown pale ale. It’s carbonated now. I almost froze it the other day. In trying to turn the temperature of the kegerator up, I did the opposite and had a beer slushy for a while. It is thawed and awesome. It still needs to clear but it is tasty.
