HB cantaloupe wheat. 2 months in the bottle, cantaloupe flavor is starting to fade some. Guess I better speed up my drinking!

Finished cutting peas today and got the combines set up for harvesting wheat. Found some parts that needed attention on both machines. “Work on Sunday, fix on Monday”. Words to live by if you’re a farmer.

Sorry for the lousy picture (SWMBO'D has trouble with tech) but that's us on the concierge level at the Tampa Rays' stadium in St. Pete, FL, stomping my hometown Baltimore Orioles. Me enjoying a stadium style "death dog" while sipping a local favorite from 3 Daughters Brewing.

The best part of the day though was three generations of the family together, *almost* witnessing baseball history being made. In all major league ball there have only been 23 Perfect Games, and the Rays came within one inning of making it #24. The first PG was in 1880, 142 years ago. The most recent was 10 years ago (against the Rays, BTW).

After the game we walked 3 blocks from the stadium to Green Bench Brewing (one of my fav breweries) to enjoy more delightful local cereal malt beverages. What a wonderful day.
