Well I am enjoying a mediocre scottish 80 and my much worse first all grain. That said my brews have greatly improved thru this year!

Having an extract "cream ale"...don't know if that's the "true" definition of what I'm drinking, but I made it, and I LOVE it! A little afterbite that I'm not crazy about, but hey, I made it, can't be all that bad...right?
