A doctor in my brew club got 14 3.5 gallon PyrexPlus Aspirating carboys for free! I got 5 of them. They have a wide mouth (#12 stopper) and are coated in PVC. If they break, no leak or flying glass! Looks like these suckers go for $3-400 each! Time to make some mead.... after cleanout!

Drugs! Came from a pharmaceutical company. We get most of our equipment this way. I have to soak in water for 24 hours then do an acid etch for 24 hours (1/2 cup muriatic acid). Then rinse 5 times. Good as new.
