This was supposed to be 10 gallons of a light lager type clone. Everything seemed fine then I went to check the gravity and this! Can I save it. Maybe add some fruit? What should I do?!

Smell & taste? What is gravity now? Is it still working? What is all the stuff just under the surface, hops?

I would not add fruit or anything else at this point. Looks doubtful to me as a lager maker, but since this is posted in lambic/wild forum, what do I know?

The film is called a pellicle.
It indicates the presence of wild yeast and/or bacteria.

If it smells and tastes fine and the gravity is stable, I'd go ahead and package it. Are you kegging?
