I have a small amount of fresh cascade hops from my first year growing them. They were harvested last weekend (I could not harvest them later), and I'm planning on brewing this Sunday. They've been in a plastic bag in the refrigerator since they were harvested, but I've read that you should use them within 30 hours or so from when you harvested them if you are going to do a "wet hop" beer.

Are they going to be OK?:mug:

They will be OK as long as they are not moldy.

Since they were in a plastic bag it will be difficult to decide how much to use.

I would think 4 - 5 oz of your fresh hops to substitute for 1 oz of pellets.
