I'm getting a pound of fresh Simcoe hops from BMW and am trying to work out a hop schedule.

For 5 gallons:

FWH(60 min) .5oz Columbus 14%
15 min 5oz Wet Simcoe (AA unknown but Beersmith says 13%)
10 min 5oz Wet Simcoe
5 min 5oz Wet Simcoe
0 min .5oz Columbus pellets
Dryhop 1oz Columbus pellets

If the AA are close that puts it at 65 IBUs.

How's that sound?

EDIT: I've got more Columbus so if I should add more to balance the Simcoe I can do it.

Should be okay, but I'd be tempted to swap the 10 and 0 minute adds.

Haven't seen may recipes with the Columbus/Simcoe combo but it sounds pretty good to me.
