Cascade schedule look ok? im thinking about upping the summit to .75oz. Style guidelines states it should be a max of 70 IBU, upping the summit would put it over but i feel like it needs a bit more bittering to balance it out. maybe just do 5 oz cascade at 15, 10, 5, 0 and up the summit?
Thanks!
