The wife and I went to a LHBS today that we had not been to before.
Defalco's in Houston Texas. Nice place, great service by knowledgeable folks.
So, $182.00 later we got out of there. Ended up getting the following...
Three ingredient kits..
Big Ass Texas Brown Ale. 6.0 % ABV. 1.060 OG, IBU's 45
Imperial IPA. 7.5 %. ABV. 1.071 OG, IBU's 80
Flat Tyre Ale (Flat Tire Clone). 5.0 %. ABV, 1.049 OG, IBU's 16
Accessories...
New auto siphon & clamp
Carboy brush
Oxygen absorbing caps 300 pcs.
Priming sugar for the three kits
Yeast for the kits
Because of the amount of stuff we bought they gave us a new 5 gal. Glass Carboy with stopper and airlock. (Will be used as a secondary fermenter)
We are bottling the Canadian Blonde tonight and will probably brew tomorrow. Gotta keep the pipeline going... LOL. :rockin:
