weldless spigot for ss pot

Hi all,

I just got a 36 qt stainless steel brew pot. I want to install a weldless spigot and thermometer and I seem to remember seeing some threads to that effect on here, but I can't seem to find them now. I'd like to get all the parts and install it myself and not buy a kit from on-line. Any tips?

Pretty easy to do. For drilling stainless you'll probably want a good quality step bit and you'll need to lubricate. Just make sure everything is marked properly to begin with.
