I don't brew extract, but here's a quick try:

If you get sugars from the grains you will have:
OG 1.080
SRM 14.1

9lb wheat DME

steep:
1lb caramunich
1lb wheat malt
.5lb wheat malt dark

1.5oz hallertauer 60min boil

WLP300 or WYeast 3068 yeast

You'll want to make a nice big yeast starter.

I call my weizenbock "Haar des Hundes". It means hair of the dogs. What can I say, I've got two labs that stick to me like glue...

HAAR DES HUNDES

7.5 lbs Wheat DME
0.5 lb Chocolate Malt
0.5 lb Victory Malt
0.5 lb 20L Crystal Malt
1.0 oz Tettnang Pellets @ 60 min
0.25oz Tettnang Pellets @ 2 min
Whitelabs WLP 380 Hefeweizen VI, 1qt starter 24-48 hrs

Targets:
OG 1.072
FG 1.018
IBU 21
ABV 7.0%
SRM 19
This recipe is for a 3gal partial boil. I now do full boils and just adjust the 60 min hops to .75 oz.
