Does anybody have any suggestions or reviews on a dunkel weissbier kit and where to get it? I saw one on hombrewery.com but i wanted other options. Im trying to replicate edleweis dunkel.

there are recipes in the hbt recipe database as well. whatever you do, however, I would personally suggest using the weihenstephaner hefeweizen strain of yeast. wlp300 or wyeast 3068. the yeast really defines the style.

I see the northern brewer calls for a secondary fermenter. I dont have one yet. Is it possible to use only one fermenter without any bad tastes?

Yes. Secondary is totally unnecessary. If you can do a starter, do it, and try to keep your ferment between 62 and 65 if you can.
