Weihenstephaner Original Premium Clone Recipe Please

Looking for a clone recipe for Weihenstephaner Original Premium (Original Helles)

I've had many Helles lagers and this is my favorite. I've tried brewing several Helles lagers and, although they were good, they didn't come close to Original Premium.

I totally agree but I want to try to make one.

He gives away quite a bit about the original premium, recipe and process. Sauergut is part of the flavor and necessary for it to be authentic.
