12 hrs later, fermentation starting
Ended up a little short on my volume due to it being my first time batch sparging and miscalculating my water needs. Oh well, at least its strong (1.072)!
Somehow I managed to not end up in any of the photos but you can see my lady in there and my buddy Ian helpin out.
Pretty excited about this batch as its the first recipe I "crafted" myself. Fusing ideas from other recipes (IPAs & Browns) into one recipe.

Nice job. I have a DFH India Brown Ale Clone on tap right now and it's going quick. I was a bit leary on the dry hopping, but it goes pretty nice!!
