1/2 lb. Caramel Malt 40 Lovibond
1/2 lb. Caramel Malt 15-19 Lovibond
3/4 lb. Flaked Barley
1/4 lb. Roast Barley
1/4 lb. Black Malt

1/2 oz. Coriander seed whole

and some fuggle hops

...these are left over from some batches we just made. (chocolate ale, brown ale, and white ales). Was wondering if anyone has another good recipe we could use many of these with to use them up?

Might have a good stout-like substance there for a PM if you get some extract to fill it out. Minus the coriander, that is.

Yeah thats what the chocolate beer is. I should have put its going to be a chocolate java stout.

With extract and more roasted barley you could have a stout. With chocolate malt you could have a porter. You could hold out the dark malts and make a pale. I never used any of those with coriander.
