So I am trying to figure out if my water needs any adjusting but this chart is confusing the hell out of me...

That is my water profile, anything I should be concerned about?? I tried reading some other profiles but I'm getting even more confused :p Maybe someone who knows off hand what is bad for brewing can chime in? Thanks in advance!

That's not an analysis report, it's a treatment/regulation report so it's not providing you what you need. You need a water analysis.

I did note the use of chlorine treatment which might be a concern and require the use of Camden tablets to eliminate the chlorine from your brewing water.

Pages 6/7/8 have all the minerals and elements though no?

What you have is a health/safety report. It is issued to the public to reassure them the water is safe to drink. Those minerals and contaminants listed are not, for the most part, what you need to know for brewing purposes. You need a report that has basic mineral and alkalinity information with things like Calcium, chloride, sulphate, carbonate, etc.
