I'm going to attempt an Oberon clone, based off the recipe:

5 lbs Wheat
4 lbs American Pale 2-row Malt
12 oz Munich
8 oz Belgian Caravienne
4 oz Torrified Wheat
1 oz Hersbrucker 3.3% for 60
½ oz Hersbrucker 3.3% for 30
½ oz Saaz 3.5% for 15
1/3 oz Saaz 3.5% for 7 minutes.
Wyeast 1010

OG: 1.057, FG: 1.014, IBU: 24, SRM: 7, ABV: 5.5%

What should I be shooting for for a water profile for this style of beer?

Personally, I would shoot for a calcium level around 100ppm, and make sure it's low levels of everything else. Chloride and Bicarbonate can get a bit higher, maybe around 50ppm. Everything else I would keep low....under 30ppm.
