I use Publix Spring Water because I am concerned about my tap water. I also use Brewer's Friend to calculate recipes.

This is the report I received from Publix. (I converted mg/g to mg/l)


Calcium Ca 291 mg/g, 76.87406732 mg/l
Magnesium Mg 30 mg/g, 7.925161579 mg/l
Sodium Na 25 mg/g, 6.604301316 mg/l
Chloride Cl 55 mg/g, 14.5294629 mg/l

I also received these elements in the report from Publix:

Barium 0.01 mg/gal
Bromide 0.145 mg/gal
Nitrogen 4 mg/gal
Potassium 3 mg/gal
Sulfur 91 mg/gal

This is my question: Brewer's friend asks for Sulfates, Bicarbonate/Alkalinity, pH in addition to Calcium, Magnesium, Sodium, and Chloride. Which element converts to Sulfates and Bicarbonate/Alkalinity? or can I use a calculation to get those data points?
