I call this "Too young to be bitter"

Really happy with how this random Franken-ale turned out. Was a bitter recipe but used American yeast and a ton of random hops

11lbs row
.75 lbs barley flakes
.75 lbs cara-8

1.5oz Zeus (whole) 60 mins
.8 oz centennial (whole) 30 mins
1.25 oz centennial (whole) 15 mins
1.5 oz centennial (whole) finish
1 oz Amarillo (pellet) dry hop after 11 days in primary for 1 week (racked into secondary after purging carboy with co2.)

90 minute boil total
Mashed at 66 degrees for 1 hour
O.g. 1.048

Wyeast 1056
Cold crashes for a week
Added gelatin for the last 3 days
