I made this lagunitas clone recipe in the past and loved it, plus I added some peach extract too. Came out great. However, I want it to be a little stronger than the original 4% or so abv. I would like it to be around 7%. What should I add and how much?

- 5lb 9oz light DME
- 1lb of 2 row pale malt
- .4lbs of dextrin malt
- .2lbs of light munich malt
- .75oz Horizon hops
- .90oz of Cascade hops
- .25oz of Williamette hops
- 3.15oz of Cascade
- 1oz of Citra Hops (for dry hopping)
- 1tsp of Irish moss
- White Labs WLP001 California Ale yeast

1. Steep crushed malts in 2.2l of water for 45 minutes at 155 degrees
2. Collect and heat 3 gallons of water
3. Add wort from step 1, bring to a boil and add DME
4. Add .75oz of Horizon hops – 60 minute
5. Add .90oz of Cascade hops – 30 minute
6. Add .25oz of Willamette hops – 30 minute
7. Add .25oz of Horizon hops – 30 minute
8. Add 1tsp of Irish moss – 15 minute
9. Add 3.15oz of Cascade hops – 0 minute

I would double everything and call it imperial.

Dont double everything, will be too high FG. Maybe start at about 1.5x on the fermentables except get rid of the dextrin malt and replace it with a pound of table sugar. Hops will need to increase more or less in proportion to the malt to keep it in balance.
