Want to brew a small batch of something exotic any recipes you got?

i was looking into brewing a 2.5 gal batch of something really good. Looking for a recipe for those beers that you only drink one in a night and are "starter" beers for the night that you drink slow and enjoy. One example would be something from ommegang. I dont want anything too dark or to hoppy but something good for the summer. Please post recipes you are willing to share that fit the bill. THANKS!! and drink on

I would choose any of the Denny Conn recipes, vanilla porter, or Rye IPA, I would not worry about the yeast, but if you can get 1450 all the better. These are great easy to brew beers that have distinctive flavors, they are not to style, but they are great beers.
