Here's the ingredients that I have. I have two IPAs under my belt, and would like to try something different this time. My last one was a citrusy creation dry-hopped with lemon zest, to give you an idea of what I've done recently. Sorry for the metric system. ;)

Caramel malts:
500g Cara Red
500g Cara Munich
500g Cara Hell
1kg Cara Belge

Fermentable malts:
2kg Pilsner malt
4kg Pale ale malt
7kg Pale wheat malt

Yeasts:
Danstar Belle Saison yeast
Brewferm top fermenting dry yeast
Safely US-05

Hops:
East Kent Golding
Amarillo
Centennial
Hallertau Perle 10%
Hüll melon
Mandarina Bavaria

What do you think I can do for a nice easy-drinking wheat beer or ale? I'm looking to make about 15 liters or 3-4 gallons and 6% ABV ideally.
