Yesterday I was home all day with the wife and baby so we figured we could bottle up our first batch we brewed from an extract 20 minute boil kit about 6 weeks ago. We did that in the morning and everything went pretty well! Cant wait to try it. After bottling we started our second batch.

Our second batch went really well too. I was able to hold a consistent temp of 160° to steep the grains for 30 mins , 8 oz of carapils and 8 oz of Caramel 10L. Then added 9.3 lbs of pilsen liquid malt and the bittering hops. Let the boil continue added in the aroma hops and yeast fuel at the end. I set the whole kettle outside the back door in a snow bank. About an hour later we look outside and see that it has melted the snow and tipped over! @#$%

So, to make a long story short ...What I have now is a big yeast starter of white labs 830. Ive got 2 oz of Polaris hops, an oz of chinook and an oz of glacier on hand. I think I can get to the LHBS at lunch today. Thing is I want to purchase the bare minimum to get another 5 gallon batch going. I am not opposed to going all grain, just need to do a little more reading. Anyone have any suggestions on what I should pickup to go with the lager yeast and the hops i have?
