I'm looking to try another NEIPA next week. I was wondering if I should vorloff it considering we are adding lots of oats and looking for haziness rather than clarity?

I think you want to at least until you quit getting pieces of grain/husk material, etc.... I don't think you need to do it much past that though. It is fine if the wort is "cloud" going into the kettle. But, I don't think you want a lot of visible "stuff" going through.

You should vorloff looking for a better efficiency.
Actually, hazyness comes for multiple factors as oats, but also from a low flocculation yeast and lots of “floating” hops.
