having trouble trying to figure out how to calculate volumes for carbonating?
 
Here's a handy nomograph from Palmer's howtobrew.com

Basically, line up your fermentation temp and desired carb volume; and it'll let you know how much cane/corn sugar to use for 5 gallons...
 
I use this thing, and always shoot for the middle of each style color for the carbing temp. That way, if the temperature fluctuates too high or low, it still stays within a reasonable carb level.

(I have a picture of this chart, but it's essentially the same thing as what's on this website)
