Vienna pale ale

I am formulating a recipe for,obviously, a pale ale,so let me know what you think.

15ltrs
3kg Vienna
300gr crystal wheat
100gr light brown sugar
100gr flaked oats

Hops; NZ Cascade 7.5% 25gr each at 60,20,10 and 5
Yeast;Notty

so, after a think, I will proable add 14 gr( half oz) of black malt to bring up the colour to red.

I'd use Crystal 120L for that.

I dont have any. But the TF crystal wheat is about 120L
