I'm not sure who this guy is, maybe he is on here, but this build it awesome. I was skeptical for most of the video until I saw the finished product.

I'm jealous. Living in Arizona I have wondered about building an underground cellar like that, also why more places out here don't have basements.

I assume it's the same as it is in Texas. The hard ground shifting around. I wondered why there weren't more basements in Texas and that was the logical explanation. I would assume that a Sealand container would put up with the abuse though.
