Great video and narration. I'll dedicate a day and do a true decoction eventually. Would be interested in a follow up post with a review of the final product if you had the time.

Comparing the output is definitely something we plan to do in the near future. My 6 gallons has been kegged for a couple days now but Larry was being overly cautious with the diacetyl rest on the Urquel strain.
