I am fairly sure at least the glass is autoclavable. I would want someone to validate this, but I believe Borosilicate is good for pressure cooking temps.
 
I use test/culture tubes:



I use the larger ones for slants and the smaller ones for suspensions (and for 'frozen' solutions if I were to do that kind of thing).

I would say that being autoclavable (pressure cannable, practically speaking for most of us) is mandatory for yeast banking; normal sanitation is insufficient.
