Ok, I am planning on making my first imperial stout. This is my recipe, any feedback is appreciated. I push 65-70% efficiency.

2 row 15 pounds
Munich 3 Lb
Chocolate malt 1 lb
Victory 1 lb
Caramel 120 8 oz
Roasted Barley 8 oz

Hops:
Magnum 1 oz full boil
Chinook .5 oz 30 min
Chinook .5 oz 15 min
EKG .5 oz 5 min

Mash at 154 for 60 minutes.

Pacman yeast

Adding bourbon soaked oak cubes and vanilla beans into secondary

Looks good.

How about soaking the vanilla beans with the oak cubes in the burbon.

Is this for a 10 gallon batch?

No this is for a 5 gallon batch. And I never thought of soaking the vanilla and bourbon together. Good idea. Then when the oak cubes are finished soaking I can drink the bourbon.
