Looking for input on this recipe. I am using up some odds and ends of grain. I used a Kviek yeast because I want to get it in the bottle quickly. I am hoping for a kind of medium bodied, grapefruity, citrusey, beer.

Suggestions welcome.

Seems like if you are using up all your odds and ends, plus using Kviek to get it in the bottle quickly. Then you'll get what ever it is that you get. You are free to hope for anything though. :)
