I brewed a batch of Kolsch this past weekend. I was ready to pitch and all I had was Saf s-23. Should I have any problems?

Also, I'm fermenting at around 62-64.

Well it won't be a Kolsch with that yeast, and 62-64 is pretty warm for s-23, but then again warm may be what you want if you're going for Kolsch with Lager yeast.

I thought I had a couple of packs Kolsch yeast..I looked in the fridge and all I had was this yeast..I couldn't believe it..
