I purchased an American Wheat from AHS and want to turn it into a cherry wheat. I am thinking of using Oregon fruit (the fruit in a can). My question is, Should I use the juice the cherries are in or drain them?

I would use the juice. I just made a Cherry Apfelwein with Oregon Bing Cherries, and without the juice there isn't a lot of flavor. You will probably need at LEAST 4 cans to get a hint of cherry in your beer even with the juice.
