IMO, your beer will carbonate, it might take longer, but it should carbonate. You might have to tilt the bottles after a week or so, to resuspend the yeast and get them going again.
If there is one knock on my beer is it's generally cloudy. Really always has been from Extract, PM and now AG brewing. I'm looking to use a fining agent and gelatin looks good.
Has anyone done what the Mr. Wizard article recommends for natural conditioning? Use gelatin then add yeast prior to bottling? If you add yeast, how much would you suggest?
