Quick question- I just dried a bunch of fresh hops, weighed them and sealed them in freezer bags. Are they the same as using pellet hops or like fresh hops? I ask because using fresh hops compared to pellet is like 5 oz-1oz.

Also I noticed a few small bugs crawled out. Only a few but I inspected the hops closely so I think there wont be many at all.

Also most turned brown while drying. They seem fine for FO or dry hopping.

They'll be like using dry whole hops, which is very slightly different from pellet. You could multiply pellet weights by 1.1 if you wanted, or just use the same weights. I wouldn't use them for bittering, though.
