I have some 2013 Citra and Cascade hops that I'm looking to use. Any feedback on this recipe is appreciated. Thanks

Batch Size: 5 gallons
Estimated Original Gravity: 1.063
Estimated Final Gravity: 1.018
Estimated Color: 7.53 SRM
Bitterness: 77.08 IBU
Mash Temp: 154 F
60 min boil

Ingredients Amount Item Type % or IBU
11 lb 2 Row (2.0 SRM) 87 %
0.50 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 40L 4.3 %
0.50 lb American Wheat 4.3 %
0.50 lb Victory 4.3 %
0.62 oz Citra [11%] (First Wort Hop)
0.62 oz Cascade [7%] (First Wort Hop)
1 oz Cascade [7%] (45 min)
0.5 oz Citra [11%] (15 min)
0.5 oz Cascade [7%] (15 min)
0.5 oz Citra [11%] (5 min)
0.5 oz Cascade [7%] (5 min)
0.5 oz Citra [11%] (0 min)
0.5 oz Cascade [7%] (0 min)
1.5 oz Citra [11%] (Dry Hop 7 days)
1.5 oz Cascade [7%] (Dry Hop 7 days)
SafAle English Ale (S-04) or (S-05)
Mash 154

I calculated the FWH the same as a 20 minute addition to get the bittering values.

Grain bill looks good. I would bump the 45 and 15 min additions to hop stand. Should be tasty.

I know that you're trying to use up the Citra, but I really wouldn't bitter with it. I also agree that you should just do full boil bittering and then hop steep
