im brewing centennial blonde as we speak. i mashed at 150 degree for 60mins. im at 60mins now.

my question is, whats the wash temp or the next step to it?
and what is the temp to fly sparge?

Probably a little late for a response, but sparge anywhere from 170 to 190 and you will be fine. There really is no step in between the mash and sparge for this one that I am aware of.

it went bad...haha. its on the primary fermenter now, so we'll see how it goes in a few weeks. im gonna do another batch of this.
