So I have a very simple 120v single PID, single probe controller. I have 2 1650w ultra low density elements in 2 kettles as well as a 1500w heat stick. I would like to incorporate a RIMS tube into my setup but I'm out of outlets. SOOO...

I'm looking to consolidate my system for as cheap as possible. I think a good first step would be to upgrade the elements (or atleast the BK element) so I can toss that dangerous heat stick. I figure I'll need a second PID and probe for the RIMS. I'm also thinking 3000w elements in the kettles would be ideal(as I don't plan to go any larger than 5 gallon batches). And I assume the RIMS will be using a 1500w element. I have access to a 60A 250V 3 prong outlet. Most of the RIMS diagrams have seen are geared towards 10gallon+ batches. I need counseling =P
